These are the terms for using Couples Jar. They're written to be read, so they're short.

Couples Jar is an app for two adults to agree wishes, rewards and what they're worth, and to keep a keepsake jar of sealed notes. You need to be 18 or over to use it. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
The free jar is free for as long as you want it: one wish and one reward each at a time, with the values set for you. Paying opens the full app: ten wishes and five rewards each, the values you decide, and the keepsake jar. One of you pays and both of you are in.
The full app is €6.99 a month, €49.99 a year, or €99.99 paid once. On the website you pay by card in euros, and the price you see is the price you pay: your own country's VAT is already inside it. In the apps, Google Play or the App Store shows the exact price in your currency with local tax, and that is what you pay. There's no trial, because the free jar never runs out.
The person who paid keeps the full app. They can remove the other person, and the other person can always leave. Either way, the person who goes loses access, and everything the two of you shared (every slip and the keepsake jar) is deleted. On a free jar, or one no longer paid for, either of you can delete the whole jar.
Notes are never held back to make you pay. If a jar stops being paid for, it won't fill any more, but if you both ask, the notes open.
What you write is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to the two of you. Don't use Couples Jar for anything illegal or to harm anyone. There's no way for us to settle disagreements between the two of you, and the app doesn't try.
We'll give you twelve months of notice and a way to download a copy of your jar.
We work hard to keep Couples Jar running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Estonian law applies, and this doesn't take away the protection of the consumer law where you live.
